How We Work

Below we show the working mode we use with all our customers. We know that it is the best way to approach any web project.
Select each of the phases to see a short description of them.

Phase 1 – Taking requirements
Once someone decides to hire a web service or request a budget, the first thing we will do is evaluate if this will meet your expectations and, if so, we will contact that person to request the following information:

  • Information about the page, contents that it will include and market to which it will be oriented.
  • Corporate information, colors, logos, isotypes.
  • Objectives that you want to achieve with the page
  • Domain and email accounts that you want to have

Phase 2 – Sketching
Once we have all the information about the page we will request the payment of 15% of the total cost of the project. Once the payment is made, we will contract the desired domain for the page and create various sketches depending on the service contracted (3 for basic and social web and 4 for the professional).

A web sketch (or web proposal) is a quick way to see what the future page will look like. The important thing about these sketches is the idea they represent as they can be customized to suit the client.

If at the end of the number of proposals you are not convinced we will contact you again to find out the reason and, if you really believe that our work is not appropriate for your company or project, we will refund all the money you have paid.

Phase 3 – Customize the sketch
Once selected one of the sketches, we will begin to develop it. You can request changes that you want to include on the page to adapt it 100% to your needs.

During this phase, the sketch will become the future page and the client will have access to check how the changes are made and be able to participate actively in the development of their future page.

Once the sketch is finished, we will still allow changes to be made over a period of one month, after that period the changes will be cataloged according to their difficulty and it will depend on whether they are assumed within the annual maintenance payment or that they have What to charge separately.

Phase 4 – Start-up
Once the page is finished and accepted by the client, we will proceed to request the payment of the rest of the agreed upon (75% of the project) and upload the web to the internet. At the same time, we will activate the personalized email accounts ( so they can be used.

We will send a document with the accesses and instructions on how to use the page, the administration panel, how to request our help and how to configure the personalized email accounts in Outlook and other mail clients.

As we have mentioned in the previous point, during the first month that the page is online, it will be possible to make changes to it without any cost.

Phase 5 – Accommodation and maintenance
The first year of accommodation and maintenance we give away, from the second we will charge a fee of € 150 / year that includes the following services:

  • Hosting (hosting) of the page on the internet
  • Domain renewal year after year
  • Guarantee of visibility of the page 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Security updates
  • Support for changes on the page
  • Backup of information
